- Existing Mining Lease Holders & Processors: Existing salt processors looking to upgrade their machinery to export standards.
- New Entrepreneurs & Startups: Young business owners with technical feasibility proposals for salt processing.
2. Mandatory Requirements
🪪 Identity & Domicile
Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and Punjab Domicile certificate.
📊 Active Taxpayer Status (NTN)
Verified Active Taxpayer Status with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) and PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority).
🏦 Clean Financial Record (e-CIB)
No history of loan default on any commercial or development bank facility in Pakistan.
📄 Technical Feasibility Proposal
Detailed project structure detailing land, machinery quotation, electrical load, and output capacity.
3. Mandatory Documents Checklist to Upload
- ✓ CNIC Copy (Front & Back) & Punjab Domicile Copy
- ✓ NTN Certificate & Tax Return Copy for the latest tax year
- ✓ Business Registration Certificate / Form C / Partnership Deed (if applicable)
- ✓ Technical Feasibility Report & Machinery Supplier Quotation
- ✓ Bank Statement (Last 6-12 Months)
